• If No.8 typhoon signal or above is removed before 6:30am or black rainstorm warning is cancelled, activities such as seminars/workshops/courses/training classes for that day shall be held as scheduled.
• If No.8 typhoon signal or above is hoisted after 6:30am or black rainstorm warning is issued, all activities such as seminars/workshops/courses/training classes scheduled to be held before 2pm on that day will be cancelled.
• If No.8 typhoon signal or above is removed before 11:30am or black rainstorm warning is cancelled, all activities such as seminars/workshops/courses/training classes scheduled to be held between 2pm to 6pm will be resumed. On the contrary, if signal or warning remained hoisted, activities such as seminars/workshops/courses/training classes will still be cancelled.
• If No.8 typhoon signal or above is removed before 4:30pm or earlier or black rainstorm warning is cancelled, activities such as seminars/workshops/courses/training classes scheduled to be held after 6pm or later will be resumed. On the contrary, if signal or warning remained hoisted, activities such as seminars/workshops/courses/training classes will still be cancelled.
• If No.8 typhoon or above signal or black rainstorm warning is hoisted during activities such as seminars/workshops/courses/training classes, all students will be requested to leave the office in safety condition. Scheduled activities such as seminars/workshops/courses/training classes will be rearranged according to the weather condition.

If No.3 or below typhoon signal or red/amber rainstorm warning is in effect, all activities arranged by this office such as seminars/workshops/courses/training classes will be held as scheduled.
